It's mentioned a few places here that you might be able to continue using Kinect for Xbox for non-commercial applications. But, will you be able to use the Kinect SDK RTW with Kinect for Xbox?

EDIT: nvm, the official blog post says:
"However, non-commercial deployments using Kinect for Xbox 360 that were allowed using the beta SDK are not permitted with the newly released software. "
