At least here in Finland the press has been quite sceptical. I didn't check the latest news but yesterday it was still unclear how many of those 4.4M Lumias were discounted old models. Symbian phones were sold surprisingly well (2.2M) considering it has been "dead" for a some time already.

According to ComScore the market share of Microsoft in U.S has declined from 3.6% to 3.0%
Well, those number should be take with bucket of salt and I guess the number are outdated as well (numbers includes tablets? no WP8 sales?).

It would be interesting to know what Microsoft thinks about all these numbers. I guess Surface Phone is quite certainly be published this year..? oh, and what would that mean to Nokia ...
