I have an idea for a Windows Phone app that I cant get anywhere. Its a solution for me that would be useful for others. I don't know how to program and don't have the time or brain power to learn. Is there anybody out there that could create this thing for me.

An architect in the traditional sense of the word makes far less money than the person that actually builds the building as that is more time consuming and fraught with challenges and difficulties.

I know some developers will probably exchange emails, but in my experience, the lack of formal arrangements means that these types of projects usually end up with resentment and acrimony

If you don't have the time or brain power to do work for your own idea, how can you expect someone you've never met to do so for you?

There are pretty much two approaches to solving the problem you have:

1) Pay someone to develop the application for you

2) Give the idea away for free and hope someone is interested enough to go off and develop it themselves. Then buy a copy if/when it's released.

Either way is good.
