@AndyC: I didn't post Microsoft's response for my ego nor in attempt to perpetuate change. I posted so that others in the same boat will stop waiting for a solution and move on to something else that might better suit there needs. I also thought it might be useful for folks here to know that the status quo for Windows apps (Modern or Desktop) that use a Microsoft account that the Windows group requires a 1 to 1 relationship between the Windows login, the Microsoft account that it's linked to, and the Microsoft account that apps are allowed to use. There may be exceptions right now but its sounds like that's going to be the new norm going forward. If you were hesitating in setting multiple Windows logins on your W8 PC hesitate no more. That's just the way it is.
C'mon Andy it's pretty obvious even to the simple minded that that was my intent. Quit your whining and open your mind to other possibilities.
