With Metro! It has the same lovely 3.1 feel like IE10 on desktop W8. Lots of white. Very visible with the scrollbar and dropdown lists.

Also, flat buttons on default. Surely fits with Windows 7!

Seriously, we need to get rid of the idea of going backwards on user interface design.  Silverlight and WPF made a nice start to some cool advanced UI and we need to bring it back.
