how does the telephone connect to the pc ? what's the hardware ? or do you have to tell them what hardware to buy?
also what country ? what are the laws about privacy ? do you need to insure that the conversation is legally beeing recorded ?

But I sent the email from my 'professional' email account and made no reference to my posting, so he would have no way of knowing I'm the same person as myself.

Is TAPI still going?
I haven't done any real CTI work since the turn of the century. I'd like to think they've moved on from TAPI because that could be a pain in the arse, almost as bad as working with MAPI.
[Off to do some reading to find out what the current state of the CTI market is.]
