		<description><![CDATA[<p>You have to pass a quality certification and&nbsp;raise at least $1000 with the app by yourself to qualify, so&nbsp;I imagine there won't actually be all that many elligible apps in reality. It sounds more like an effort to try and pull some of the big name apps to invest in a Blackberry version to avoid having a platform with nothing worth having on it.</p>]]></description>

BB10 is the port more or less of QNX to the phone devices.</p><p>I have to say that I am impressed with the new stuff for the phone.
