I've used the MX Revolution for years, and it was fine, but for some reason the lag and skipping seems to be getting worse. I'm not sure how that's possible, but there you go.
The only thing that annoys me more than a skipping cursor is constantly tugging on the wire because it gets caught behind stuff on my desk. And yes, I've tried pulling plenty of cable onto the desk and then taping it down so it doesn't fall back, but then the mouse keeps bumping into the excess cable lying on the desk.
So, yeah, there's actually a reason I want a wireless one over a wired one. Sometimes people want something different than you would want, and it isn't because they're clueless idiots. Incredible, I know!
