Not sure what you mean by "like Surface", because even the surface can be seen as a hybrid. There's actually several tablets announced, though. For instance, the Samsung Ativ Smart PC: http://reviews.cnet.com/handheld-devices/samsung-ativ-smart-pc/4505-3127_7-35478151.html. It resembles an Ultra book a lot more than the Surface does when't it's docked to the keyboard, but it undocks into a full-on tablet mode. It's actually a quite nice looking device, IMO. Maybe even a better device for road warriors, given that it does have a more traditional laptop mode. Casual users will likely be more attracted to the Surface, but corporate/business users may be better served by the Ativ, while still benefiting from the tablet form factor in casual situations and in board meetings.
