@Dr Herbie: You only get one live id.   The other id is really just another email with contacts etc.  I guess that is one possibility but with a new Skype coming and it using the windows live id I would like to get it cleaned up now.    I do not know of an easy way to copy and paste between live id accounts.  I would be happy with just having a way to change the live id email/ login id.
