		<description><![CDATA[<p>I suppose fetching the IMEI, triangulating the position for evesdropping, etc. Only phone manufacturers have access to the lower level stuff. 		<description><![CDATA[<p>Triangulation only gets you within 0.5km at best and just using the Cell ID can be worse A for easdropping- you can't intercept just by having these details. I use the RIL info all the time on Android and BB (and old Windows Mobile), for various apps.</p><p>Oh well- guess that's another version of Windows Phone I won't bother with!</p>]]></description>
