It seems we're on the verge of a revival of the venerable adventure game genre. Of course, companies like Telltale have already been successul with the new Sam & Max and Monkey Island games, as well as Back to the Future, but now we're really seeing a return of the once adventure game giants.
Of course, you probably already know about Tim Schafer's hugely successful kickstarter, but did you know that the Two Guys from Andromeda (writers of the Space Quest series) have reunited and are making a new space adventure (and they got Gary Owens as the narrator again 
)? And that Jane Jensen and Robert Holmes (of Gabriel Knight fame) are starting a new game studio? Or that Al Lowe is planning to remake Leisure Suit Larry for the modern age?
I'm looking forward to it, that's for sure.
