For those outside the officially supported countries, have you been able to purchase apps? Zune is not allowing me in any way to add my credit card details since i'm outside the US  and my credit card is not issued in the US, where my Zune account is registered and there is no way to change the Zune location.

Has anyone found a proper workaround?
