What category should a future Nineys award use for forum member awards?

Talking to Charles the night after the Nineys, he wanted to repeat the Nineys but with different Niners as the nominees (he had been drinking ).

So I thought: "What category should the nominations be?" (I had also been drinking).

I came up with:

Most Entertaining Niner.

Most Entertaining Niner (non-troll).

So what categories can you guys all come up with?

Herbie

Poorest Niner (student)

Poorest Niner (non student)

Obscure Niner (ie Lives or works in the most obscure location)

Honorary Niner (Award for someone who isn't a regular Niner but deserves a Niner award)

Tenner award (for forward thinking Niners)

Ex Niner (we know who you are)

Desperate Niner (requires evidence and candidate must still be alive at award time)

Fatest Niner (secretly we all like to laugh at fat people and there really shoud be an upside)

'Non-PC' Niner (I'm going for that one myself)

Special Curmudgen Award for the Grumpiest Niner.

Fashionista Award for most Stylish Niner (based on avatars).

Sniper Award for the most Technically Accurate Niner

If the sandbox (or something similar) was re-opened for admissions, then an award for best niner project.

Seriously though, that best Niner project thing was along the lines of what I was thinking.

That one would likely increase my chances.

There are so few of us that you could easily create awards that could only be applicable to one or two of us. Personally, I would rather get a shout-out, on This Week on C9, for a good idea, than be the recipient of a general purpose award.

But I think having one big annual award is good for the community. It might be due to some type of cognitive bias, but, I did notice after the Nineys survey was posted, that most niners were more helpful. 

I wouldn't want to see people pandering for handouts. But, I think anything that encourages personal growth and community involvement would be a nice tradition to conclude the Mix conference.

How about "Fly the top 15 posters to Vegas" award? Honestly, even without an award, it would be fun to get free admission to MIX or PDC for the few active posters here on C9.

@Charles:Your ideas probably make the most sense. 

How would you define a 'Niner'?

@Charles: Although those categories make sense, our community is probably small enough that you'll probably have a lot of overlap between the nominees of each category, or just one or two nominees per category.

Bottom line: if you have that many categories, you end up inviting basically everybody who's active on the forums (not that that's necessarily a bad thing ).
