As expected MSDN vomits errors. Impossible to download.
-
Good luck getting it to download ..... All you get is...
An unknown service exception occurred. Please try again or contact customer support with the following reference id. -
Bit strange that they didn't release at Midnight as this would have staggered downloads a bit.
(Currently getting around 800kbs)

@ZippyV: It is downloading find for me so it must be a regional problem. 20% complete so far...
-
Changed DNS to Google's ip and now it works.
-
Downloading but cannot get the product key.
How about you guys ?
-
You don't need a product key during install so you can wait until the site is stable again.
-
@idealsoft: I am having a problem getting a product key as well. It just gives me an error code.
-
The product key is working now...

Well I downloaded it without any issues, but the first thing it does during the install IS asks for my product key ... and that's the bit I can't do, cos MSDN just crashes.

Anybody know the difference between Windows 8 and Windows 8 N?
Also, what is "Windows 8 Pro"? I thought it was going to be called Windows 8 Enterprise.

N is the media free version for the EU. You don't want that.Enterprise is different to Pro. For consumers you'll just see Win8 and Win8 pro (and RT)

Damn, they're not making Windows 8 Pro available for BizSpark members. Most of my machines have Windows 7 Ultimate, so I can't upgrade those with regular Windows 8.
-
Installing it right now...
First thoughts...why does setup use Aero Glass like in Win7? (just the look, not the actual GPU rendered theme)
-
The Windows 8 download is both for 8 and 8 Pro. It will change according to the key you provide.
(that said, I have no idea if the Pro keys are available in BizSpark)

You get 5 keys for each with BizSpark

Well, I blew it. I claimed keys for Windows 8 and Windows 8 N, and now I can't claim any more keys for today. I have to wait until tomorrow now.
