Germary can't ban already bought goods, so companies are safe to continue use their software and updates, just prevented to buy a new one.
And it seems that can continue signing SA contract with Microsoft. Renewing service contract is not the same as selling goods so isn't affected by such law.
Btw, since almost every application that have certain size of audience can be found to be infringing in one way or another, see when they'll wake up and realize they no longer have new software to use, and thus how lame this law is.
