That doesn't mean that Woz doesn't believe that Steve Jobs has been reincarnated at Microsoft, but it helps to have all the information when forming an opinion.
Here's an argument: why would Woz invest in companies with Microsoft interests/dependencies if he wasn't "upbeat" about Microsoft?
