Wrong language with Zune/Windows ​Phone/​Billing.​microsoft.​com

• The marketplace in Zune shows French movies (even when I'm not logged in)
• Buying apps for WP7 results in a confirmation e-mail in French
• billing.microsoft.com is completely in French

And no way to change this to Dutch. I live in Belgium apparantly Microsoft thinks that everyone speaks French over here but most speak Dutch. I used to have the same problem with Xbox Live, WHY CAN'T I CHANGE MY LANGUAGE?

@cbae: Thanks but it was already set to Dutch. When I change my name on that page I can see it changes in billing.microsoft.com too but the site stays in French.

I already had this problem since I used XBox Live 6 years ago.

@ZippyV: Microsoft is particularly messy about languages and it does not always allow to make the difference to differenciate between language and locale. I have been having this kind of problems since I moved back in europe from the US years ago.

I would love to be able to choose the language for movies! It is ridiculous that Zune does not offer a language selection at least with the original one plus a local one for each martket.

same issue over here, WP7 phone's marketplace is ok but zune marketplace on the pc insists on showing the french marketplace instead of the dutch.

Moreover i would like to be able to select english as my preferred language...

I contacted Xbox Live support over the phone and they told me they couldn't help me with this problem.

Is there anyone from billing.microsoft.com able to help us? There is no way to contact anyone directly for this problem.

I have the same problem. As a professional developer my default language is English. My Windows Phone is completely setup in English but when using Zune I get French content. My mother language is Dutch. A lot of Belgians find this very confronting. 

Not only Windows Phone has this problem. I have set my MSDN account several times to English but still Microsoft is sending me letters and billing information in French.
