"Sign in with MS" does nothing.

"Sign in with FB" does something.

There is no place to post bug on their page. This is a MS property, pronounced "social". Oiy vey. 

Are they only interested in poaching my FB account? For shame!

The FB login popup shows without having to add the site to Trusted Sites in IE9.

Chrome has not got this BUG, others just proved to me... it's an IE9 special.

EDIT: and I still suspect shennanighans where FB data collection is the goal. Nasties for that if true.

Doesn't work that way. When you use these OpenId and related federated identity services there's no way for the site you're logging into to obtain any (useful) data.

I had no problems signing in with my Windows account using IE10 pre-release. What OS are you using?

You can with OpenID too, that's what attribute exchange and simple registration flows are for.
