I tried to download some of the files that are attached in the sandbox and none of the downloads worked. I'm always getting the 404 page from Channel 9. Is that a known issue?

If the file says [Pending] next to it, it hasn't been replicated to our CDN yet so it won't work. If it doesn't say pending, it should work. If it doesn't, we'll look into it.

How long does such a pending persist? The WinBubble is now in pending for over two days.
