Yah, we keep track of what you reply to and then flatten it by the date ascending, but show you who you replied to and what they said to help follow the conversation.littleguru said:

Sadly, no. I personally would LOVE a nested layout and would prefer it over our current flat model, but those of us who like that are in the minority. We started out with a nested layout and even shipped a version that way, but received a lot of negative feedback and requests for a flat layout.
