I've tried this on various PC's, in IE6, FF2, and FF3, but I can't log in. The Sign In link at the top isn't a link anymore, just text. If you hover over it, the cursor turns into the text selection thing, instead of the hand. Clicking does nothing. I'd try it in IE7, but this is the only PC I'm still signed in on, and I don't want to render myself completely unable to post.

I saw the same thing. "Sign In" seems to work now.
For a second there, I thought C9 had reached its final destiny... becoming a read-only site. I'm sure many people would be happy if it were. -
So, it indeed works again. Any ideas on why stuff like this happens?

This has happened on C8 before today. Sharing codebases, I imagine it's similar. When something gets updated (Live service/the site) it usually stops working as the datacenters around the world update (according to Wa).Bas said:
