Any idea why this is? if they have been removed a helpful comment to say that would be useful. not really much point having stubs to resources that don't exist.

Agreed that we should supply some message to inform users when video files are no longer present.... In this case, these files were actually stored on a server that we have no control over (so, these are not hosted in our CDN). Sorry about the confusion. We will figure out some way to inform that is more useful than a broken video playing experience.
