I have a Zune 30 and the Silverlight TV shows are too small, they don't fill the screen like other podcasts . please resize these so that they fit these devices

Zune 30 has a 320x240 screen... the Silverlight TV videos are 1280px by 720px ... So, I'd guess they end up as 320x180 on that model of Zune.
Is that what you mean, the letterboxing?
