MefLab resources not to be found

I'd like to complete the MEF lab of this page: http://channel9.msdn.com/Learn/Courses/VS2010/Overview/IntroToMEF/Exercise-2-Dynamically-Extend-a-Form

However, I can't find the solution. I've downloaded the VS2010 Training Kit, which include a lot, but not the MefLab solution which is used in the lab. I can't find it anywhere else as well.

Can anyone point me to the right location?

Isn't that it? There are 3 exercises in it. I haven't used it, but it is the third link on the page:
