See 1 2 3 Every number here was supposed to be on its own line, but it isn't. Fixing it would probably involve breaking lines on LF and not just CR+LF.

We were just looking at the newline code last week. We are checking for both conditions (actually checking for a lone CR as well to maintain compat with old Macs).
