Same Issue has anyone played the mp4 files successfully? 

What player are you using Charles? More importantly what codec?

I tried to use VLAN, KMPlayer, Media Player, Media Player Classic, DIVX Player, Quicktime for Windows, and I have no playback from any of them for MP4 Files.
