First, I am deaf and I have been both a developer and instructor for years.  I am very eager to learn how to develop for Windows Phone, but the videos here are not beneficial for me.  I need to see captions in these videos as reading lips can only go so far.  Please take this into consideration as I would love to benefit from these videos.
