After downloading files in all possible formats, e.g. this:

They don't play OK in Windows Media Player. The audio plays, but the video is stuck.

@avinatbezeq: I just jumped there and tried the High Quality WMV (http://ecn.channel9.msdn.com/o9/te/NorthAmerica/2010/wmv-hq/DEV322.wmv) and it played fine with audio and video for me (video being just the slides, but that is all there is for that session). Did you try just clicking on it there on the page?

OK, problem solved. For the recrod: It won't work when playing in a VMWare Workstation virtual machine
. When I copied it to the host, it played beautifully. I'm so used to working inside a guest that it took me a really long time to figure this out@Duncanma - Thanks!
