I'm often downloading Channel 9 videos for offline viewing and typically it's the high resolution version. Over the past months I'm seing the download speed declining rapidly to about 25 KB/s over the course of a couple of minutes.

Is this something you're aware of?

Are you having this issue with all videos? can you link me to some videos you are having this slow download issue with. I have downloaded some episodes of defrag in HQ WMV and haven't had this issue.
