The hint is in the title.
Is it 3 or 4 days, that I have been waiting for some reply from you guys as to what has happened to this content.
Do you have any concept of a "customer" ie the people you are trying to convince to pay money for this stuff.
Ok you have some problems, and some of the stuff I mentioned before has now appeared, but no reply, no apology no explanation. I don't think it's too much to ask, just for a single line like.
"Sorry, we are looking at it." or
"We are really busy, can you just give us a chance" or even...
"f&^K off and die, we hate you"....
but to have NOTHING, for 3 days.
I really do wonder.

@blaklite: Dude, I'm sorry we didn't catch this thread. It was nothing personal, we just didn't see it.
Ok, so http://channel9.msdn.com/Events/PDC/PDC10/CS08 seems to be playing fine for me. Are you still having issues? We did run into a problem yesterday with the server holding the PDC10 files, but it sounds like you were having problems for a few days before that so I'm not sure what the issue was.

I'm only going to write once and here. I took some interest and wanted to examine Azure from the PDC2010 show.
I wasted quite some time downloading files. The majority of which don't work, are badly encoded, won't play back. And clearly despite you guys being advised on a few occasions all is not well, no one really gets a good answer.
Frankly, whats the point in me talking to or trying to gather info from Microsoft about Azure or the cloud when MS and its media portals are broken, incomplete, and give a bad impression of the cloud. If your media coversion and uploads and storage on the web reflect Azure, then no one in their right mind would go near it with a million foot bargepole.

The above event won't stream, and won't allow downloads in any of the 4 formats. Some of the other webcasts download, but most play back badly, jump, skip or freeze. I can't even play back the main keynote.
(Client machine - Win 7 64, - Media playback attempted on Windows Media Player, VLC, Media player classic, Winamp, browsers both IE and FF.)
Please Either fix the coverage of the PDC or take it down. This really is not a good advert for Azure and the MS cloud computing drive.

Hi Duncan,
To be a bit more constructive in giving feedback. I can confirm the stream is not workin, nor is the download working (WMP says there is a error in the file).
I have noticed streaming video's has become more and more unstable the last few weeks. The Silverlight player loads but it does not say 'buffering' or anything. The play button does not respond to clicks. It has not only been for event video's though, some shows like Ping or TWOC9 have also had these exact same problems but then I was able to play the video via WM. This event page does seem to have another issue.

Could it be because of porting all the Events video's over the servers get trotteled? I have a feeling these problems started when you introduced events and got worse and worse the move Event video's you moved over to C9.

Having the same exact problems (W7 x64, Chrome, WMP, QuickTime Player, etc..)

Unable to direct stream, unable to download in WMV format.
Able to download MP4 High but video seems corrupted.
Able to download MP4 low but no sound ?!
Can you please fix these problems ?
