Given the confusion about all the titles you listed, uh, yeah, those.
The Sync Framework is dallying at v2.1 with a pulled off the shelf v4.0?
SQL Azure DataSync is where users are directed going forward?
Ford SYNC is not a Microsoft MSDN topic, at least not one I've considered. I do see it popping up in search results, but no, not that technology.
Anything 'sync' is best for tagging, I think. Lump them all together, I don't mind.
What is going on with sync anyway?? Cloud-only marketing? That's why I looked for a tag, to figure out what is going on! Spill some beans...

Go 'BROWSE' -> 'Tags' -> 'S'
...no 'sync', 'Sync', or 'SYNC' tag to be found...
