Hey, I just watched that good video and the swarm example at around 40 minutes ( http://channel9.msdn.com/Events/TechEd/NorthAmerica/2012/WCL305 ).  Basically a lot of places have ~200 boot processes instead of ~40 with a stock windows 7 install.  I've been trying to cut down my extra boot processes, but I can't seem to trace or get rid of these.  Any clues?  Nothing in Autoruns.
