How is public transportaton in NOLA ?
Any Metro or only busses ?
Or should I count on taxis only ?

It's all buses & streetcars. I'm feeling adventurous so I'm probably going to get a pass for the week.

It depends where you plan on going. I've used the RTA before and it has been fine although the streetcars late at night can be few and far between. Unless you're venturing north and west, the streetcars probably won't be of much use. Also depends where your hotel is form the nearest line. Cabs are your best bet if you want to get from point A to point B and you don't have the luxury of waiting around.

RTA's good enough for me based on my hotel location and where I want to go. However, I probably will cab it to a couple of places. The choice there will be United. I've never had a bad experience with them
