We resell SQL Server 2000 with our products. Does anybody have a sense of how long it will be before SQL 2005 replaces 2000 in the channels?

Sure, SQL 2005 will drop on 7 November, but how long will the two products coincide for retail/VAR/ISV use?
On a related note, MS is promising standard support for SQL 2000 for two years after the launch of SQL 2005. http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/?p1=2852
