I recently started having a strange issue with VS.NET 2003. Occasionaly, the Add References Dialog stops working. When I say "stops working", I mean that it just plain does not display. No error message, no IDE crash, no beep, nothing. A restart of the
IDE fixes it, for a while . . .
Anybody ever heard of such a thing?
