  So the bottom line:
  
  1) Vista build 5219: VS 2005 Beta 2, WinFX Beta 1.
  
  2) Vista build 5231: VS 2005 RC, no WinFX development.
  
  3) November CTP of Vista: VS 2005 RTM, new build of WinFX?
  
  Is this right?
