If you make the user interface a little more standard people will not have to struggle to use it.
Toolbar should be on top below the menu and above the data.
Group your commands and show them on standard menu items (as well as the toolbar) - EG File, Edit, View, Help. This makes them accessible to people who can only use the keyboard.
Don't bother with a toolbar button to close the application. Use File | Exit or just leave it to the big red X in the top right corner.

7amada, this will not run on win 98 for some reason
-
A few points:
- The toolbar looks odd at the bottom and the menu rather spartan.
- You've missed quite a few places that executables can start from
Nice idea, but not really a match for SysInternals Autoruns yet.

Thank You all for your valuable replies hoping all niners tell me what they think ?
About the toolbar there's an option in the options dialog that can handle that it is actually a checkboxBar at bottom
if checked the toolbar will be docked in the bottom otherwise its default value is to the top
and i will reconstruct the the toolbar buttons giving the keyboard
users more flexibility
Thank you very much -

Make sure you have version 1.1 of the .Net framework and the latest service backs if so try reinstall the .Net

why reinvent the wheel?
there are more startup editors out there than you can count
http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml
don't be mad but i must admit that just judging the GUI i like that better than yours [A] and it works fine. -
Thank you guys for your great support
i'm about to launch the new look and feel within this week
and yes the new release will support the old fashioned win.ini and
autoexec.bat, config.sys, config,nt, system.ini
new registry related entries
thanks again for you great support
