Not that much really.

IE7, WinFX, XAML, Indigo, WPF, those are all getting backported to Windows XP.

WMP11 may be Vista-only, but WMP11 doesn't have any "must have" features for me (I'm still using WMP9).

Not sure about WinFS though.
