I don't know if any of you guys have had the (mis)fortune of using Entourage (ie, Outlook on Mac) with Public Folders...but man is it ugly. The idea of using this on a day-to-day basis in the small business I admin went from great to VERY sub par when I found out the following:

- Entourage couldn't even USE Public Folders until the latest patch.

- You cannot share categories. Oh man would I kill to have this centralized. Mainly because coloring is so important in getting a grip on how our calendar works.

The business holds educational classes in 2 and 5 day increments, so we have a lot (LOT) of banners. This is a mess in Entourage. Colorizing or FONT EDITING (another wish) would be amazing.

Anyone have any experience in customizing Entourage Public Folders, specifically calendar elements?

- Sharing Categories/coloring
- Adjusting Font Sizes/Colors
- Viewing 2 or 3 weeks instead of 5 weeks at a time (month view)

Any of these would be a godsend.
