Hi guys,
Some time ago my pocket pc craddle died on me :\, so i need to sync over bluetooth.
However Activesync only supports COM-Ports till 20. My sitecom bluetooth dongle installed and started using port 21 and up and I can't get it to a lower COM port.
I even bought a new bluetooth dongle, and that one started using port 25 and 26 (I think it's incremented every time I install a bluetooth device)! I'm sure the lower ports aren't used for anything.
Any registry hacks or something to get my bluetooth on a lower port? (I emailed sitecom and they are "investigating" the issue for over 2 months now).
Thanks!

...my history with PPC devices has been riddled with bluetooth problems. If you get anywhere with this, I'd be interested in your solutions too....

I found this on the Chris De Harrera's site, hope it helps.

Thanks! the KB article helped, I was able to delete the unused COM ports and then use it with my bluetooth device!
There are many people who are having the same problem, so ill inform sitecom as well

Glad the article helped. I normally check Chris De Harrera's site for Windows CE stuff first, usually has good articles.
