Thank you Mabster no more pc freezes, since no-one could help me in other forums and found this forum and thread, thank you thank you thank you 
My pc specs are Motherboard GA-K8NF-9 nVidia nForce4-4X AMD Athlon64 3200+ ASUS EN7600GT pci-e ( before the problem i had MSI 6600GT pci-e but found out that the fan was broken ), its so good to see my pc is working fine again.
By the way, should i reinstall nVidia IDE driver ???[6]
