Everytime I Publish my Programs, They Come up with an error, They want me to send an error report. What should I do? They are programmed in VB.NET 2005 Standard Edition. I am Confused. I though I was publishing them right

It says its a System32.DLL Error Its when I publish the files. .NET 2.0 is preinstalled on the Test Machine. I'll have to get more information tomorrow afternoon is that okay?
