If you want to build one there are several people on Channel 9 who have had experience and therefore could probably help you.

This isn't like Photoshop where you follow tutorials to learn new techniques, in programming/application design it's all about Patterns and Architecture, you learn those things through lengthy documents on MSDN rather than through "tutorials".
Just think of how a blog would be designed: you've got articles, comments, and categories; just piece it all together.
