any idea on how i can fix a degraded device through remote desktop using adaptec storage manager? options 'verify' and 'verify with fix' is disabled.
event viewer is saying:
"Logical device is degraded: controller1, logical device 1 ("Mirror").
any ideas?

Sounds like an entire drive has died. So it's go there and replace.
