Hi.
I am running Windows Vista Ultimate.
I burned a data DVD using the builtin feature in the shell, and set the burn speed to medium. No problems there.
But when I inserted the DVD in the drive afterwards the explorer shows no files on the DVD. But the label is correct.
If I open up a command prompt, and type "dir d:\" all the files are displayed, allthough I can't copy them to the harddrive.
Then I burned another DVD, same procedure, same problem.
Am I using the DVD burning feature in a wrong way, or what do you think could be wrong?
Thanks.
Anders

try to close session, still should work anyway

Did you try to read the dvd in the dvd writer or in a dvd-rom ? Sometimes dvds with unclosed sessions won't be accessible in dvd-roms, but this won't matter for a dvd writer.
Anyway try closing the dvd disk after the writing. Not only the session but the whole disc. Maybe this will solve your problem. -
I did close the session when burning the DVD...

what version of Vista do you have? it is a beta or RTM?

It's RTM.
