When I do Start Menu Normally -> im getting black screen
When I click on Safe mode -> im getting like Loading files... in the bottom of the screen marked with grey color and its stuck like that.
Sounds like it could be a motherboard issue.
Take a look at your motherboard and the capacitors (they look like mini batteries..), are they bulging, leaking?

Sometimes they are not as obvious, but having a '+' on the cap MAY be the affected kind, whereas 'Y' are the good ones.
