Is this correct?  Has anyone had any issues?

I want to continue doing old projects in 2002 but new projects in 2005.

Make sure you install VS2005 last.

I've even installed 2002 after 2005 on another system and things continue to work. The file extensions for .sln, .proj etc are owned by an Application Picker which loads the correct version of Visual Studio for you.
