In what context did this message appear?
If it just appeared on your computer but does not appear to be associated with a program, then you should immediately go and find some anti-spyware/anti-adware program (try spybot search and destroy).
a.tribalfusion.com is a website that hosts online advertising, and if your computer is complaining that it can't get adverts from it, then you have some badly written adware on your computer. -

This isn't any of your concern: ISA, your proxy server, is just reporting that an advert server fouled up, but report it to your sysadmin.
I'm guessing this is on a school/college/work computer?
EDIT: Hmm wait a sec, this is from an Event Log. Are you administrating an ISA server?

I'm getting this at work (inside the isa log)
I am the network admin, but this seems weird, have never seen anything like that before...
