Good question! I am so rarely in designer I didn't even pay attention to that, but it is a cool feature.
I tried Phtoshop key shortcuts since they are so frequently adopted into other enviornment to no avail. -

yeah, neat! it's on the View Menu....
right at the top... and you can configure it for pixels, inches and other stuff....
